Allowed submissions

Submissions allowance is a measure that the maintainer can take to protect his project (repo) from being vandalized by others. There are three gradients of permission, control.

• Disable Submissions : Does not allow anyone to submit to this project's component, and thus this project is for demonstration purposes only
• Allow everyone to submit : This lets every single person having a txn account to contribute to this project
• Fine grained permission system : Select per person who is allowed to submit to your project. Maintainers and translators that are related to this project will have access to the translation related operations

When the submissions are disabled you will notice the stop sign .
